OPIDIN is an acronym for Outil de Prediction des Inondations dans le Delta Int\u00e9rieur du Niger.\u00a0A first version of OPIDIN was developed in 2009 within a study carried out by Royal Haskoning (lead), <a href=\"http:\/\/www.altwym.nl\/en.php\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Altenburg &amp; Wymenga Ecological Consultants <\/a>and Wetland International.
