The program included harvesting, cooking, preserving, packaging, and marketing oysters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\t<div class=\"aligncenter\" data-name=\"acf\/block-quote\">\n\t\t<div class=\"quote-with-author\">\n\t<figure>\n\t\t<blockquote class=\"quote-with-author__quote\">\n\t\t\t<p>I particularly appreciated the discussions on leadership. Development partners have already introduced modern techniques for oyster and mussel farming. But the major challenge remains processing and marketing.
