The C\u00e9gep de la Gasp\u00e9sie et des \u00celes (Quebec, Canada), in collaboration with the Senegalese Directorate of Community Marine Protected Areas, is launching an\u00a0online course open to all<\/strong>\u00a0aimed at\u00a0strengthening young people’s <\/strong>engagement in the protection and sustainable management of marine and coastal ecosystems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd39\u00a0Course objective<\/strong>To train and inspire young leaders (aged 18 to 35) to get involved in\u00a0marine protected area governance<\/strong>,\u00a0climate justice<\/strong>,\u00a0gender equality<\/strong>,\u00a0coastal community resilience<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0sustainable blue economy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  6. Ecological and socio-economic monitoring<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Community mobilisation and environmental education<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
